30th - February 10th (tentative dates).
Summer Hours for the SES Registration Office will be Monday -
Thursday from 9:00 - 1:00pm
Summer Hours for the SES Office are Monday - Friday 8:00 - 4:00pm
Please make sure your child has received ALL of their necessary
shots for the upcoming school year or they will NOT BE ABLE to
attend school until that is completed. They need their 6th
TDAP Booster in order to be enrolled at SES (by law.)
Summer Reading Requirement - please make sure your student has
started on the summer reading requirement that will be due the

Please download the word documents that pertain to your
student...either Middle School or High School and please make
sure they pick their books from the correct reading list (for the
grade level they will be next year!)
Current students will be learning more about the Required Summer

As one of the newest and only 7th through 12th grade programs
within Sacramento City Unified School District, the School of
Engineering and Sciences prides itself on the quality of students

needs and pique the interests of students who would like to
pursue careers in engineering and sciences. Our school is
designed to assist and teach all students to build on ideals of

SES’ attendance area has no attendance boundaries. We are an open
enrollment school, in which all students are welcome to learn in
an environment that encourages and promotes secondary education
for all students. Like that of many schools within the SCUSD,
students within the district have priority to those outside SCUSD
